PD Pricing Modifier Setup field descriptions

A unique name that describes the pricing modifier record.

Note: If you conduct a search in the Modifier Name Lookup window, the results show only those modifier names that begin with the value you specified in the Modifier Name field. For example, if you specify mod, the results would show mod123 but not 123mod.

The percentage to change the price for each level associated with the selected rank type. You do not have to specify a percentage for each rank. Specify a positive or negative value to increase or decrease the price.

You can specify a percentage to adjust the price for nonstock products that use a PD Pricing Setup attached to a pricing modifier record with a defined percentage.

The number of fields displayed are dynamically built according to the method of measuring product sales according to line-item hits, class, or ABC stratification.

The sales ranking for this modifier. The fields that are displayed are specific to the sales ranking defined in Product Setup and Product Replenishment Setup.

Company Rank
Up to 26 ranks and percentage fields are available for specifying the price modifier by company rank. The rank setting for the company record in Product Replenishment Setup determines the number of ranks that are displayed.
Warehouse Rank
Up to 26 ranks and percentage fields are available for specifying the price modifier by warehouse rank. The rank setting for the warehouse record in Product Replenishment Setup determines the number of ranks that are displayed.
Class
ABS Stratification
Up to four rank and percentage fields are available for specifying the price modifier by ABC stratification.

The warehouse to which the pricing modifier applies. If all warehouses use the same pricing modifier, leave this field blank. To use this setting, Pricing by Warehouse in SA Administrator Options-Products-Pricing must be selected.
