Activating an alternate rebate method

Note:  Do not activate Method 1 unless you are authorized to use this proprietary rebate calculation method. Do not attempt to use this rebate calculation method without obtaining the calculation parameters from Carrier.
  1. Select System Administrator > Administration > Administrator Options > Products > Alternate Rebate Methods.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Method
    Specify the numerical value that represents the alternate rebate method. This value must match the method number identified in the logic specific to the rebate calculation method.
    Method Name
    Specify a name for the alternate rebate method.
    Contract #
    Specify the number of the contract associated with the alternate rebate.
  4. Click Save.
