(U)pdate or (R)eport Only Mode

Specify U to update Product Setup Product Warehouse records. Specify R to generate a report to review.

Enter a List of Whses?

Specify Yes, and then click the List button to specify a list of warehouses to process.

Sort (C)lass, (G)MROI, (S)ales,(P)rod

Specify C to organize the report in class order. Specify G to organize the report in GMROI order. Specify S to organize the report in sales order. Specify P to organize the report in product order.

Print Class A Products?

Select Yes to include the products with a final class of A on the report.

Print Class B Products?

Select Yes to include the products with a final class of B on the report.

Print Class C Products?

Select Yes to include the products with a final class of C on the report.

Print Class D Products?

Select Yes to include the products with a final class of D on the report.

Set Class D Product to OAN?

Select Yes to change the status of products with a final rank of D from stock to order-as-needed.

Number of Months to Use

Specify the number of months to include in the calculations.

New products are not included in the average inventory calculation. The average inventory for new products is calculated using on the first merge date on the product warehouse record or the first receipt date, whichever is most recent.

Export File Name

To export the report data to a comma-separated value (CSV) file, specify the file name.

Print Zero Sale / Zero Inventory Items

Select Yes to include products with zero sales and zero inventory on the report.

Show Only Items with On Hand Quantity

Select Yes to include only products with an on-hand quantity on the report.

Print Items with Class Overrides Only

Select Yes to include only products with final rank that was overridden on the report.
