Options

Are You Sure?

Select Yes to confirm that you are exporting data from the correct tenant.

This may take hours. Sure?

Select Yes to confirm that you acknowledge that the export process can take several hours.

Email Address for Notification

Specify your email address to receive status and progress reports about the export process. The status reports show the tables that have been exported, their start and done dump times in epoch seconds, and total time to dump. The progress reports show the total number of tables that are available for export and the number of tables that have been exported.

You receive an email notification based on the interval that you specify in the Minutes between Notification Emails option.

Minutes between Notification Emails

Optionally, change the number of minutes between email notifications.

An email notification is not sent at the specified interval if a table is processing. The email notification is sent after processing of that table is complete.

Shutdown Report Scheduler During Export

Select Yes to stop all reporting in the source tenant during the export process. Shut down the Report Scheduler to prevent partially-processed jobs that later require clean up.

S3 Zipfile Creation Password

Specify a password for the zip file. It cannot contain parenthesis ( ) or brackets [ ]. You use the password when you run the SA Tenant Refresh - Data Import Report.

A password is optional, but we recommend that you use it.

If you are located in North America, specify infor-prd-appdata-us-east-1/openedge/TenantDump. If you are importing data for a tenant that is located outside of North America, contact Infor Support for the correct S3 value.

Note: The path should end with TenantDump. Do not add a period or a forward slash.
S3 Region Name to Copy to

Specify us-east-1. If you leave the field blank, the default value is us-east-1.
