Updating shipment status

Shipment status can be updated through the application. Customer users and shipment managers can update arrival information for the checkpoints.

To update a shipment status:

  1. Select Global Track and Trace > Shipment Status Update.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Next to the checkpoint to be updated, click Edit.
  5. Specify the checkpoint details.
  6. Click Save.
