Clearing an operator

This topic is only relevant if you are using SunSystems.

System administrators may need to clear operators when they are locked out of SunSystems due to, for example, system failures.

Note: The Clear option is only available to users who are part of a group that has Security Permissions > Change Security Settings enabled.
  1. Select Settings > SunSystems > Operator Activity.
  2. Select the required operator from the drop-down list, or highlight the relevant line on the grid, and click Clear.
    Note: Operators are able to clear their own logins if the Operator Group they belong to has the Enable Clear Operator at Login flag enabled.
