Allocation Marker

Allow all markers

Select this option to select or deselect all of the allocation marker options. It determines whether user group members can use the allocation markers in SunSystems functions and processes.

Selecting an option from this list makes it available for use by user group members:

Force

Users can select the Force allocation marker.

Withhold

This marker indicates that an item is withheld.

[Space]

This marker indicates that an item is not allocated.

Close Markers

Use these options to determine whether members of this user group can use the markers that complete the allocation of a transaction or group of transactions, that is, the Allocated, Corrected, and Reconciled allocation markers.

If the Allocated option is selected, then transaction splits are enabled. If the option is not selected, then splits are disabled.

Numeric Markers

Use these options to determine whether members of this user group can use the numeric allocation markers 0 to 9.
