Archiving audit data
After you create audit data, you can store the historical information while still providing access to SunSystems Export for reporting purposes. If you do not archive your audit data, it may affect system performance.
Archived audit data is stored in your Security database.
- Log in to User Manager as an administrator.
- In User Manager, select . An Archive Audit Data dialog is displayed.
- Enter or select the last date for created audit records that you want to archive.
- Click . Upon successful archive completion, a message box is displayed.
