Toolbar

The User Group Menu Designer toolbar provides quick access to the following functionality:


Icon	Description
Open Menu Save	Click the Open Menu button to define a new, or amend an existing, menu for a chosen user group. After clicking this button a dialog is displayed for you to choose the user group. Alternatively, from the File menu select Open Menu. Click the Save button to save changes. Alternatively, from the File menu select Save.
Cut Copy Paste Delete	Click the Cut button to remove the currently selected item and store it in the Windows clipboard. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Cut. Click the Copy button to copy the currently selected item to the Windows clipboard. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Copy. Click the Paste button to paste an item stored in the Windows clipboard to the currently selected location. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Paste. Click the Delete button to delete the currently selected item. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Delete. Note: To delete all items, from the Edit menu select Clear All.
Undo Redo	Use the Undo button to undo your most recent change. Alternatively, click the down arrow adjacent to the Undo button and this displays your last actions. Click the action you want to undo. If the action is not visible, scroll through the list. When you undo an action, you also undo all actions above it in the list. Use the Redo button to redo your most recent procedure or entry. You can only use this button after you have used the Undo command - so effectively this undoes an undo. Alternatively, click the down arrow adjacent to the Redo button and this displays your last actions. Click the action you want to redo. If the action is not visible, scroll through the list. When you redo an action, you also redo all actions above it in the list. Note: If you later decide you did not want to undo an action, click Redo.
Add Menu Group	Click the Add Menu Group button to add a new menu item group. Alternatively, from the Menu menu select Add Menu Item Group.
Add URL Link Add External File Add External Application Add Report	Click the Add URL Link button to add a URL link to the currently selected menu item group. Alternatively, from the Menu menu select Add Shortcut > Add URL Link. Click the Add External File button to add a link to an external file to the currently selected group. Alternatively, from the Menu menu select Add Shortcut > Add External File. Click the Add External Application button to add a link to an external application to the currently selected group. Alternatively, from the Menu menu select Add Shortcut > Add External Application. Click the Add Report button to add a link to a report to the currently selected group. Alternatively, from the Menu menu select Add Shortcut > Add Report.
Change Language	Click the Change Language button to change the user interface language of the menu being created or amended. Alternatively, from the Menu menu select Change Language.
Move Left Move Right	Click the Move Left button to move the currently selected menu item group to the left in the main navigation bar. Click the Move Right button to move the current group to the right in the main navigation bar.
Move Up Move Down	Click the Move Up button to move the currently selected menu item up within the list of items in its category and group. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Move Up. Click the Move Down button to move the currently selected menu item down within the list of items in its category and group. Alternatively, from the Edit menu select Move Down.
