Downloading files

Note: Only users assigned to the SSC Administrators group in Security Console or User Manager have access to Server Folder Management.

Downloading a file from Server Folder Management creates a copy of the file in the location you download it to.

To download a file:

  1. From Server Folder Management, click the folder you want to download the file from.
  2. Highlight the file you want to download.
  3. Select File > Download or click Download on the toolbar.
  4. Navigate to the folder you want to download to.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK to acknowledge the file has been downloaded successfully.
