Using profile designers

There are different profile designers for creating different types of profile:

  • Import Profile Designer
  • Export Profile Designer
  • Process Profile Designer
  • Internal Transfer Designer
  • External Transfer Designer
  • Automations.

To open the correct profile designer for the type of profile you are creating:

  1. Open Transfer Profiles (TRP).
  2. Click New Profile.
    Transfer Profile Designer opens.
  3. Specify the Profile Type.
    Select from:
    • Import profile
    • Export profile
    • Process profile
    • Internal Transfer profile
    • External Transfer profile.
  4. The profile type you select defines the profile designer dialog that subsequently opens.
