Menus
The menus in SunSystems follow the conventions used by most MS Windows applications. For example, to copy information, highlight the information to be copied and then from the menu select .
The following menus are available in all SunSystems forms:
- File
- Edit
- View
- Tools
- Actions
- Help.
The options on these menus may change according to the particular form you are using. It is possible to configure SunSystems security so that certain menu options are unavailable to specified users.
Opening Menus Using the Mouse
You can open menus by clicking the menu name. When a menu is open, use the mouse pointer to select the submenu or action required.
Opening Menus Using the Keyboard (Windows client only)
Each action has an access key. This is the underlined letter in the menu/action name. To open a menu using the access key, press + access key.
