Active sessions
SunSystems allows you to concurrently run multiple active sessions.
Windows client
Each active session is represented by a tab in SunSystems. To move between active sessions, click the tab you want to display. This moves the tab to the foreground of the SunSystems window.

In addition to the session tabs on the SunSystems window, you can also use the Active Sessions dialog to view and switch between the sessions that are running. Within a session, to view the Active Sessions dialog, click .
Web client and Infor Workspace
Each active session can be displayed in a separate tab in your browser. To move between active sessions, click the tab you want to display.

In addition to the sessions tabs on the browser, there may be other active sessions that are not represented in a browser tab. To view all of the sessions that are running, click the
drop-down button at the top left of the frame. This button can also be used to start a new session.The sessions are listed next to colour-coded bullet points:
- A green bullet point represents the session that is running in the currently displayed tab.
- A grey bullet point represents a session that is running in a different browser tab. To switch to that session, click the relevant tab.
- An amber coloured bullet point represents an active session that is not currently running in a browser tab. You can resume that session in the current tab, by clicking the session name. If you do this, the active session in the currently displayed tab is saved, and can be resumed later.
- A tilde '~' represents embedded applications such as Report Manager.
To resume or open a session in a new browser tab, click the
button. In the sessions drop-down list, right-click an amber-coded session, or , and from the resultant menu select in a New Tab.
