AuthorizationStageSetup

This component runs the Authorization Stage Setup (AUS) function.

It allows the user to create, amend and delete as well as query Authorization Stage Setup.

Methods

CreateOrAmend: Driver type: SASI; Use this method to create or amend one or more authorization stage setup records. An authorization stage setup record is created if it does not exist and amended if it does.
Delete: Driver type: SASI; Use this method to delete one or more authorization stage setup records from SunSystems.
Query: Driver type: Export; Use this method to extract authorization stage details from SunSystems.

Mandatory fields

When creating Authorization Stage(s), the following must be supplied:

Stage Number: (numeric value only) - payload element <StageNumber> Lookup Code - payload element <LookupCode>
Description - payload element <Description>
User Team Code - payload element <UserTeamCode>
Stage Type - payload element <StageType>

Note: At runtime the component validates the payload contents to ensure that the values supplied are correct. Various combinations of values may require other elements in the payload to be specified before the payload can be processed successfully.
