This component runs the Rules Messages (RMG) function.

Methods

Closed: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to change the status of a rule message to Closed.
CreateOrAmend: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to create or amend one or more rule messages. If a rule message does not exist it is created and if it does, it is amended.
Delete: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to delete one or more rule messages.
Hidden: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to change the status of a rule message to Hidden.
Open: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to change the status of a rule message to Open.
Query: Driver Type: Export; Use this method to obtain rule message details or to extract rule message data from SunSystems.
Suspended/Held: Driver Type: SASI; Use this method to change the status of a rule message to SuspendedHeld.

Mandatory fields

When amending a rule message, the following must be supplied:

Language Code - payload element <LanguageCode>
Message Code - payload element <MessageCode>
Message Description - payload element <Description>

Note: At runtime the component validates the payload contents to ensure that the values supplied are correct. Various combinations of values may require other elements in the payload to be specified before the payload can be processed successfully.
