ReconciliationAccountsSetup

This component runs the Reconciliation Accounts (RCA) function. It allows the user to create, amend and delete as well as query details of reconciliation accounts.

Methods

CreateOrAmend: Driver type: SASI; Use this method to create a reconciliation account(s) if it does not exist, and to amend it if it exists. Whereas the Create and Amend methods require the user to know whether the data does or does not exist in advance, this method can be used if you are unsure.
Delete: Driver type: SASI; Use this method to delete reconciliation account(s) from SunSystems.
Query: Driver type: Export; Use this method to extract reconciliation account(s) from SunSystems.

Mandatory fields

When using reconciliation account, the following must be supplied:

Profile Code - payload element <ProfileCode>
Window Number - payload element <WindowNumber>
Business Unit Code - payload element <BusinessUnit>.

Note: At runtime the component validates the payload contents to ensure that the values supplied are correct. Various combinations of values may require other elements in the payload to be specified before the payload can be processed successfully.
