Associating a user group with a data access group

  1. To associate a user group with a Data Access Group from the Settings menu select SunSystems > Data Access Groups.
  2. Highlight the required data access group on the grid and click Edit. The Data Access Group Setup form is displayed. The Available Operator Groups grid lists the user groups available to be associated with this data access group.
  3. Use the add and remove arrows, or highlight a group and double-click, to create the list of user groups to be associated with this data access group. These are then displayed in the Associated Operator Groups grid. You can enter up to 128 user groups against one data access group code.
