Miscellaneous Permissions Setup - Allocation Marker

  1. Specify this information:
    Allow all markers
    Use this option to select or deselect all of the allocation markers, to determine whether members of this user group can use the allocation markers in SunSystems functions and processes.
    Force
    Use this option to determine whether members of this user group can use the Force allocation marker.
    Withhold
    Use this option to determine whether members of this user group can use the Withhold allocation marker.
    [Space]
    This marker indicates that something is "not allocated".
    Close Markers
    Use these options to determine whether members of this user group can use the markers that complete the allocation of a transaction or group of transactions, that is, the Allocated, Corrected, and Reconciled allocation markers.
    If the Allocated option is selected, then transaction splits are enabled. If the option is unselected, then splits are disabled.
    Numeric Markers
    Use these options to determine whether members of this user group can use the numeric allocation markers 0 to 9.
