Configuring Basic authentication

  1. Open Report Manager (RMA).
  2. Go to Tools > Email Configuration.
  3. Specify this information:
    Server
    Specify server address.
    Port
    Specify 465.
    Sender
    Specify sender's email address.
    Sender Name
    Specify sender's name.
    Authentication
    Select Basic.
    UserName
    Specify user's name.
    Password
    Specify user's password.
    Enable SSL
    Leave it blank.
    Enable STARTTLS
    Select this field.
    Enable OCSP
    Select this field.
  4. Click OK.
