Adding legends to the chart

  1. To show a description of the data on the chart, check the Show Legend check box. This legend is the label entered in the Label field on the Value tab of the Chart Value dialog.
  2. To choose whether to show legends in a column, row or in tabular format, click the appropriate radio button.
  3. In the Position field, from the drop-down list, select where you would like the legend to be displayed on the chart.
  4. To specify a style for the legend, use the Legend Style button to open the Style Properties dialog where you can select formats for the legend's font, border, line and background.
  5. Click OK to save the changes.
