Viewing delegated requisitions

Use the View Delegated Requisitions action in Requisition Entry (PRE) to view the requisitions delegated to a current user.

Select Requisition Entry (PRE) from the SunSystems menu.
From the Action menu select View Delegated Requisitions.
The Delegation Selection form is displayed which lists the delegators who have delegated work to a current user.
Select a delegator and click OK.
The Delegated Requisition Query form is displayed which lists the requisitions created by the delegator.
Select a requisition and click OK.
The Requisition Entry form is displayed.
Make any required amendments and click Submit if required.
