Attaching files to a requisition or requisition line

You can attach files to a requisition or a requisition line from Requisition Entry (PRE) or Requisition Work Queue (RWQ) if you are using SunSystems web client.

  1. Select Requisition Entry (PRE) or Requisition Work Queue (RWQ) from the SunSystems menu.
  2. Create a new requisition or select an existing requisition.
  3. Click Add an attachment.
    The Attachments dialogue is displayed.
  4. Select the requisition or the requisition line from the Document Type drop down list.
  5. Drag and drop the file to upload or click Select attachments to browse to the file location.
    Once the files have uploaded the newly uploaded file is displayed in the attachments list.
    The file description defaults to the file name.
  6. To edit the file name, click Description.
  7. Amend the description as required.
  8. To download the file, select the file from the attachments list.
  9. Click the file size in the Download field.
  10. To remove a file, select the file from the attachments list.
  11. Click Remove.
  12. Click OK to save the files and any changes.
