Using scheduled orders

It is important that you carry out these steps in the following order:

  1. Enter the required information in the header of the sales, purchase or movement order form.
  2. On the first line enter the details you want to be repeated on all other lines. For example, analysis codes or locations.
  3. Do not click OK. From the Action menu select Schedule Order.
  4. Specify this information:
  5. Click Generate. The lines are generated on the sales, purchase or movement order form and include the information you entered on the blank line at step 2 above.
