Customer delivery details
You may complete the following details as required if the temporary address is for the following:
- Delivery address on a sales order
 - A customer code is present on the sales order.

- Description
 - The full name or description of the data item or record. This is used to identify it on reports and inquiries.
 - Short Heading
 - The short heading, which is used where space is limited. If this is blank it defaults to the first characters of the description.
 - Lookup Code
 - A lookup code can be used to find a record, as an alternative to the record code. It is often set to a shortened version of the description. It is particularly useful if a record is often referred to using different codes. For example, the Chart of Accounts code for Fuel Expenses is 75201 and the Lookup Code is set to FUELEXP.
 - Minimum Order Value
 - The minimum order value to be placed using this temporary address. This defaults to zero.
 - Default Lead Time Unit
 - Specifies the unit of time to be applied to the default lead time calculation. Options are: Days, Weeks, Months, Years or Not Applicable. If the latter is chosen, then you cannot enter a figure in the Default Lead Time field.
 - Default Lead Time
 - The number of units, as selected in the Default Lead Time Unit field, to be applied to the default lead time calculation.
 - Default Dispatch Warehouse
 - The warehouse to be used as the default for dispatch to this customer's temporary address.
 - Whole Sales Order Line Only
 - Indicates whether or not the whole sales order line, and not the whole order, must be actioned.
 - Customer Override Carrier
 - The carrier to be used.
