Order Fulfilment overview
The contents of this Help are laid out in the logical sequence of events in a typical Order Fulfilment process.
Your organization may not require all of these stages to be followed, and at the implementation stage, settings and presets may have been used to customize the system for your requirements.
Depending on your serialization, your system may cover all or a combination
of the Purchasing, Sales and Inventory modules.
Note: Static data functions such as setting up the Item Master records, storage
locations, employees, business setups, customers, suppliers and so on, are detailed in
SunSystems Order Fulfilment
Administration Help. When using a processing form with fields which refer to a
code, or where they show a query button, the data must already have been set up. For
example, a supplier code must have been defined using the Supplier (SUS)
function.
