Deleting a component

  1. Select Bill of Materials Manager (BOM) from the SunSystems menu.
  2. Select the Parent Item Code.
  3. Select a Bill of Materials Version.
  4. Click Components.
    The Bill of Materials Manager Component form is displayed.
  5. Select an existing component.
  6. From the Action menu select Delete.
    Note: If the component item line has been used for a sales kit on a sales order the following message is displayed, Cannot delete this Component as it has been used on a Sales Order.
