Assigning requisition presets to a requisition type

  1. Select Requisition Types (RTS) from the SunSystems menu.
  2. Specify the Requisition Type.
  3. Click OK.
  4. From the Action menu select Purchase Requisition Assign Preset.
  5. Specify the Preset Code.
    These fields are automatically populated:
    • Preset Short Heading
    • Preset Type
    • Preset Line Number
    • Item Code
  6. Click OK to assign the requisition preset to the requisition type.
