Rules about locations

The Location Id depends on whether the stage is With Receipt Note Entry Only or With Receipt Note Transfer.

With Receipt Note Entry Only Stage

In this case, the Location Id specified for the stage is expected to be Open. That is, not Locked or Quarantined.

With Receipt Note Transfer Stage

In this case, the Location Id specified for the stage as the temporary receiving location is expected to be Locked or Quarantined. Once the items have been inspected, if required, the location for receiving rejected goods is expected to be Quarantined or Locked, and the permanent location into which the accepted goods are transferred, is expected to be Open.
