Inventory Revaluation Profile Actions

  1. You can define further settings on the profile by selecting the Action menu within the Inventory Revaluation Profile form.
  2. Specify this information:
    Item Selection
    If you have set the Item Code Selection Option field to Select by Ranges, you can define the ranges on the profile. The user can override this selection during the revaluation process. If you do not specify the range on the profile, the user does so during the revaluation process.
    Item Analysis Selection
    You can select ranges of item analysis codes to be included in the revaluation using this action. The user can override this selection during the revaluation process.
    Location Selection
    If you have set the Location Selection Option field to Select by Ranges, you can define the ranges on the profile. The user can override this selection during the revaluation process. If you do not specify the range on the profile, the user does so during the revaluation process.
    Warehouse Selection
    If you have set the Warehouse Selection Option field to Select by Ranges, you can define the ranges on the profile. The user can override this selection during the revaluation process. If you do not specify the range on the profile, the user does so during the revaluation process.
    Warehouse Analysis Selection
    You can select ranges of warehouse analysis codes to be included in the revaluation using this action. The user can override this selection during the revaluation process.
    Report Selection
    You can define reports to be automatically produced as part of the final processing of the revaluation by using this action. You can also run these reports at any time during the revaluation process.
    Cost Type Selection
    You can select Inventory Cost Types to be used in the revaluation by using this action.
