Assigning Sales Order Presets to the Sales Type

Sales Type Defn Assign Order Presets enables you to assign presets to sales types.

  1. From the Action menu from within Sales Type, select Sales Order Assign Preset.
  2. Specify this information:
    Sales Transaction Type and Short Heading
    These fields are automatically populated from the current sales type.
    Preset Code
    The preset to be assigned to the sales type setup.
    Preset Line Number
    The number of the preset line to be applied.
    Item Code
    The item to which the preset is to be applied.

    The following fields are automatically populated once the Preset Code field has been completed:

    Preset Short Heading
    The preset short heading.
    Preset Type
    The preset type.
  3. Save your changes.
