Setting requisition preset values

  1. Select Purchase Requisition Presets (PRP) from the SunSystems menu.
  2. Select the requisition preset.
  3. Click Value Entries.
  4. Specify the Value Label.
  5. Click OK.
    The message is displayed: Does not exist; do you wish to create?
  6. Select Yes to create the requisition preset values.
  7. Alternatively select Insert from the Action menu to insert a new value entry for the requisition preset.
  8. Specify the details of the value label.
  9. Click OK to save the changes.
