Setting up a custom integration - prerequisites

The following prerequisites are necessary in order to run Integration Systems Setup (INS):

• Your SunSystems user must belong to a user group that has permissions to use the Integration System Setup (INS) function.
• The Integration System Setup (INS) function must be added to the user group's SunSystems menu.

The following prerequisites are necessary in order to set up a customized integration with another system:

• Infor ION must be installed and running. Refer to the ION Installation Guide on https://docs.infor.com/.
• The other integrated system or systems must be set up and appropriately configured on ION.
