Automating the Balance Updates
Use Transfer Desk (TRD) to set up a process that refreshes the ledger balances and publishes them if necessary. You can create a different profile for each ledger or business unit as required. Then, create an automation that runs all the refresh processes you have created.
Note: It is also possible to set up an automation that reconstructs the
ledger balances; however, if the balances are to be published to a downstream
system, the Reconstruct process is not recommended because the downstream
system must always have its corresponding balances removed prior to receiving
the reconstructed balances.
