Adding search results to a form

  1. Select a data item or more than one using the Ctrl or Shift keys.
  2. Click Select.
  3. The window closes and the selected items are highlighted, in gray, on the Data Item List.
  4. These highlighted items can now be dragged as a group and dropped onto the form.
