Note:  This tab page is only accessible if you have opened Form Permissions Editor from Form Designer.
  1. Specify this information:
    Additional Control Properties
    Within the Additional Control Properties section you are given the following options:
    • Show Item Hierarchy
    • Show Item Reference
    • Show Subset
    • Show Group Number
    • Show Data Dictionary Information
    • Show DDD Entity Id
    When you select a control the options you have chosen are displayed on the Properties bar. These additional properties are read-only and are therefore displayed with a gray background.
    Data Item Search List Columns
    Before you carry out a data item search, you can select the following options to display further column headings.
    • Include Item Hierarchy
    • Include Item Reference
    • Include Subset
    • Include Group Number
    • Include Data Dictionary Information
    • Include DDD Entity Id
    • Include SQL Table Name
    • Include User Table Name.
    Data Dictionary Search
    Tick the Show Text References check box if you want the Data Dictionary search results to also display text references. The Data Dictionary references are displayed in the Text field of the Specify Caption Text dialog.
    It is recommended that you tick this check box when creating multilingual forms. This will help you to select the correct Data Dictionary item for your captions.
  2. Save your changes.
