Button	Type	Description
	Hide Non-mandatory, Non-entry and Used data items	Use the Hide Non-Mandatory Data Items button to show only the mandatory data items in the data item list. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Hide Non-Mandatory Items. Use the Hide Non-Entry Data Items button to hide non-entry data items in the data item list. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Hide Non-Entry Items. Use the Hide Used Data Items button to hide the items on the data item list which have already been added to the form. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Hide Used Data Items.
	Show Current Node and Show Current Sub-Tree	Use the Show Current Node button to populate the data item list with items from only the current node of the data item hierarchy. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Show Items in Current Node. Use the Show Current Sub-Tree button to populate the data item list with items from the current node and all sub-nodes of the data item hierarchy. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Show Items in Current Sub-Tree.
	Search Data Item List	Use the Search Data Item List button to search the data items list for specific data items. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Search Data Item List.

Hide Non-mandatory, Non-entry and Used data items

Use the Hide Non-Mandatory Data Items button to show only the mandatory data items in the data item list. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Hide Non-Mandatory Items.

Use the Show Current Node button to populate the data item list with items from only the current node of the data item hierarchy. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Show Items in Current Node.
Use the Show Current Sub-Tree button to populate the data item list with items from the current node and all sub-nodes of the data item hierarchy. Alternatively, from the View menu select Data Items > Show Items in Current Sub-Tree.

Search Data Item List

Use the Search Data Item List button to search the data items list for specific data items. Alternatively, from the menu select Data Items > Search Data Item List.
