Using the provisional ledger

The provisional ledger is the term used to describe the provisional transactions that are posted to the ledger as temporary, or draft postings.

You can use Ledger Entry (LEN) to enter, amend and recall provisional journals. Post Provisional Journals (PPT) is used to select a group of provisional transactions and make them permanent.
