Performing an Asset Inquiry

Fixed Asset Inquiry (FAQ) allows you to display a range of posted journal transactions. This inquiry uses a predefined control desk and filter. The inquiry results are displayed on the Financials Inquiry window

  1. Select Fixed Asset Inquiry (FAQ) from SunSystems to display the Asset Inquiry selection form.
  2. Enter the selection details. A transaction must meet all of the selection criteria to be displayed.
  3. Click OK to extract the transaction details.
  4. They appear on the Financials Inquiry window.
  5. Double click on a field to drill down to the related details, if they are available.
