Printing Payment Transactions
The Payment Listing enables you to select and list particular payments or other transactions, by account. It is primarily used to print payment details but it can be used to list the transactions associated with any type of journal or journal source.
It prints the selected transaction details by account code, and includes the allocation details such as the allocation marker, allocation reference and allocation date.
Payment Listing is produced using the standard SunSystems Reporting functionality. You can use Report Designer to design alternative payment listing reports. You can design as many reports as you want, with each showing the information required.
