Viewing Summarized Currency Totals

If financial transactions in a multi-currency environment are reviewed on the Control Desk In-Tray, a Currency Total action or command may be available. This depends on the display form that is being used by the filter definition.

You can choose the Currency Totals action to display the Currency Totals dialog. This displays the totals of the transactions on the in-tray, by currency.

The top of the dialog displays the total of these transactions in the base currency, and the second base or reporting currency. It also displays the total of any memo values on these transactions.

It then lists the transaction currencies and fourth currencies that are referenced on the transactions and displays the total of the transactions for each of these currencies.
