Clearing Locked Import Files

The Clear In-Progress Import action resets the status of an import file to unlock the file. It does not clear the import file itself.

An import file may become locked if the Ledger Import process fails, for example, if a computer failure occurs during the process.

The Clear In-Progress action is only available to authorized users. To be able to use this action you must be a member of a data access group for which this action has been enabled.
