Clearing posted imports

When Ledger Import posts a batch of journals it automatically deletes the journal transactions from the ledger import tables. Clear Posted Imports (CPI) removes all of the posted import file headers up to a selected date from the ledger import tables.

To clear posted import files:

  1. Select Clear Posted Imports (CPI) from SunSystems.
  2. On the Clear Posted Imports form, enter the following selection parameters to determine the import files to be removed:
    Date/Time Last Updated
    The date up to which posted import files are removed.
  3. Select All to remove all posted import files.
