Using the Authorization Originators In-Tray

  1. Select Authorization Originators In-Tray (AOT) from SunSystems to display the Selection - ORIGINATOR INTRAY form.
  2. Enter the originator's operator code. Only authorization sets created by this operator are listed.
  3. Click OK to extract the authorization sets.
  4. These sets are listed on the Authorization Headers form.
  5. To view the transactions in a set, double click on the Authorization Set Reference field to drill down to the authorization set details.
