Producing the Asset Status Report
The Asset Status Report details assets fulfilling the following conditions:
- Assets that have information missing, for example the start period for depreciation.
- Assets that have a net value which is less than their final value.
- Assets expected to be fully depreciated but which are not so. For example, where the accounting period is after the end period depreciation but the net value is not equal to the final value, or zero.
- Assets that are fully depreciated whose net value is equal to the final value, but which do not have Ready for Disposal status.
- Assets fully depreciated and marked with Ready for Disposal status, with or without transaction details.
- Assets marked with Suspended status.
- Assets marked with Ready for Disposal status.
