Asset Posting Presets
You can use asset posting preset subcodes to assign up to ten transaction analysis codes to an asset transaction. You can define several different subcodes. The subcode presets are also used by Depreciation Calculation (FDC) and Asset Disposal (FAD) to analyze the transactions generated for the asset.
From the menu select , or click , to access Asset Posting Presets Setup. You can use this to define the asset preset subcodes for the asset.
Note: You can only access this function from
Asset Records (FAS).
When you have entered or amended the presets, you are returned to the Asset Records (FAS) function.
