Specify this information:
- Selection Criteria Dimension 1-5
-
Up to five run-time selection criteria dimensions can be selected for the report. When you run the report you are prompted to enter a selection range for each dimension. This criteria controls the transactions selected for the report, and therefore, the values that can appear on the report.
If you leave all five dimensions blank, the system uses the Sort Level fields as selection codes.
- Selection Criteria Subdimension 1-5
-
You can choose a subdimension code associated with the analysis dimension you have selected to further refine your choice. A subdimension is identified by a code A to Z. They are defined using Financial Reporting Subdimensions (FSC).
- Ratio Base Account From/To
-
If you include a column code that calculates a ratio, you must enter an account code, or range of account codes, to be used as the basis of the ratio.
For example, if you want the statement to show the ratio to sales, enter the range of account codes which represent sales. If only one account code is required, enter it in the From field.
Note: When using a ratio, the accounts in the range must be specified within the Financial Statement Rows (FSR). Each account must appear only once. - Row Content Code
-
A row code that identifies the lines you want to appear on your statement. The code is defined in Financial Statement Rows (FSR).
