Configuring the data audit

Use this procedure to prevent users from removing audit-critical data.

  1. In Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le, select SunSystems Cloud.
  2. In the Search field, specify DAM and select Data Audit Maintenance (DAM).
  3. To create a data audit plan, specify this information:
    Maintenance Plan Code
    Specify your maintenance plan code.
    Lookup Code
    Specify your lookup code.
    Audit Insertions
    Select this field.
    Audit Updates
    Select this field.
    Audit Deletions
    Select this field.
  4. In the Search field, specify DAC and select Data Audit Configuration (DAC).
  5. Specify your business unit code and click Next.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Select the Audit Activated column and specify the maintenance plan code for these functions:
    • Chart of Accounts (COA)
    • Addresses (ADD)
    • Journal Type (JNT)
    • Ledger Setup (LES)
  8. Click OK.
