Prerequisites

To use EDM, you must have a working installation of SunSystems and ION.

SunSystems user guides are available from https://docs.infor.com/ and can be printed in PDF format. We recommend that you check this website periodically for updated documentation.

The following prerequisites are necessary in order to setup and run Enterprise Data Management:

• Infor ION must be installed and running. Refer to the ION Installation Guide in the product documentation section of Infor Customer Portal.
• ION version 10.1.x must be used. Version 10.1.3 or later is recommended.
• Your SunSystems user must belong to a user group that can access the Enterprise Data Management functions.
