Copying a drill

Note:  The current filter type and available data items are displayed. The required drill is displayed in the Drill Edit dialog.

To copy an existing drill:

  1. From the File menu select Copy Drill. The Select Drill to Copy from Data Item nnn dialog box is displayed, where nnn represents the data item, showing the list of current drills for the current data item.
  2. Highlight the drill to be copied and click OK. The Copy Drill Association as dialog box is displayed.
  3. Enter the new lookup code and description in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click OK. The new drill is displayed in the Drill Edit dialog.
