Document Format (DFS) - Registration

The name of the .srdl report file that is run to produce the report.

The path that identifies the location of the report file. If left blank, the default report execution folder is used. The default is defined in Report Manager (RMA) > Tools > Path Variables.

The SunSystems function from which the report should be run. The description of this is displayed alongside. When most reports are run, the running of the report itself is preceded by the running of a program that validates the data and checks the printing status of the transaction lines to be printed.

Select Document for a report that requires the Document settings, for example if it requires special stationery, test print, or reprint options. This determines whether or not the Document tab parameters are required. Otherwise, select General Report.

When this is set, the document format cannot be amended or deleted.
